Accounts across Solstice Suite
An account is optional and is never needed to use any of our apps. It exists so that one sign-in can work in every app and so that, if you want it, an app's settings and records have an online backup.
What the account stores
- Your email address, or the Apple sign-in identifier Apple gives us if you use Sign in with Apple, and the name Apple shares if you allow it.
- Which of our apps you have signed in to.
- Your marketing and beta choices in each app, with the time you made them, and your age confirmation (accounts are for people 18 or older).
- An optional backup of each app's settings and records, only for the apps where you turn backup on. What a given app backs up is described in that app's own privacy policy; health readings and photos are never included.
- If you buy an ad-free subscription, its end date and Apple's transaction identifier, checked against Apple's signature, so ad-free follows your account to all of our apps and your other devices.
What it does not store
We do not store your Apple Health readings, your photos, the content of your checklists, plans, journals or logs beyond the backup you choose, your location, or your payment card details. Purchases are handled by Apple, and we only receive purchase status.
Deleting the account
You can delete it yourself at any time: open any of our apps, go to Profile → Account, and choose Delete account. That deletes the account and its online backups in all of our apps. You can also email privacy@solsticesuiteapps.com and we will delete it for you. Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription and does not delete the data kept only on your iPhone; manage the subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, and remove on-device data by deleting the app.
Signing out and turning things off
Signing out in one of our apps signs you out of that app only; every feature still works without an account. You can turn off marketing and beta choices at any time, and you can turn a backup off in the app that made it.
